How can I place an order?
Simply select your preferred product, choose the required size, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details, select a payment method and confirm your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple secure payment options such as UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets and other methods available at checkout. Cash on Delivery may also be available for eligible orders and locations.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected PIN codes and eligible orders. Availability will be displayed during checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery time depends on your location and courier serviceability. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details to monitor its journey.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be shared through your registered email, SMS, WhatsApp or other available communication channel.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request cancellation before the order has been processed or dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Eligible products can be returned or exchanged according to our Refund & Exchange Policy.
Items must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes, eligible products may be exchanged for another size, subject to stock availability and the conditions mentioned in our Refund & Exchange Policy.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number, clear product photographs and packaging details.
Our team will review the issue and assist you with an eligible replacement, exchange or refund.
Are sale products eligible for return or exchange?
Products purchased during sales, promotional offers or special campaigns may have different return or exchange conditions.
Any applicable restrictions will be mentioned on the product page or in the relevant promotion.
How do I choose the correct size?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
